Electric-Powered Precision for Band Heater Fabrication
This Motorized 3-Roll Bending Machine is engineered specifically for forming the outer metal sheaths in Mica Band Heater manufacturing. Driven by a 1.5kW heavy-duty pure copper motor paired with an NMRV75 worm gear reducer, it replaces manual bending methods to provide consistent quality, higher output, and reduced operator effort.
Protective & Uniform Rolling
Featuring a hardened alloy 3-roller configuration (72mm top and bottom rollers with an 82mm offset roller), the machine distributes bending force evenly across the workpiece. This ensures clean, wrinkle-free cylindrical shapes on stainless steel, galvanized steel, or brass sheets up to 600mm wide, while preserving the integrity of internal mica layers and heating elements.
