The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.

Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
After shaping, the metal is cut into individual slats of the required length. Precision cutting ensures uniformity in the final product.
Equipped with an advanced CNC operating system, the operating interface is simple and intuitive, and workers can easily achieve precise control of the tile press. Parameters such as sheet thickness, corrugation spacing, and forming speed can be flexibly adjusted, and the length accuracy is controlled within ±1mm, which greatly improves production flexibility and product quality stability.
