Features:
Precision ground and hardened bedways, ensure rigidity and stability of overall machine, increase service life.
The spindle is equipped with precision roller bearings, reduce axial and radial runout of spindle and lower noise.
Headstock gears adopt high quality steel ground and hardened, guarantee transmission accuracy.
Removable gap is provided for larger working range, especially suitable for end face cutting.
Easy operating gear box has various feeds and threads cutting function.
Oil-bath lubricated main drive and feed gears, reducing temperature rise of spindle and gears, thus realize stability of machining accuracy and low transmission noise.
Interlocking feature prevents simultaneous advance of leadscrew and feed shaft.
Manual central lubrication and closed cooling circuit is included.
