It can also do rough and fine feed through handwheel. 3.Wheelhead spindle is supported by Bimetal Shell Bearing, which make the spindle have high rigidity and stability, ensure heavy, excellent finishing surface. 4.The one-piece bed is made of high quality cast iron, rails surface hardened and precision grinding, high stability and high rigidity. 5.Times testify: The well designed structure ensure excellent processing capability; The base table slide way with TF material and been precision manual scraped; The wheel head slide way is V-flat way, with liner-roller. 6.The workhead spindle, wheelhead spindle, internal grinding spindle, coolent pump, hydrodynamic and hydrostatic oilpump are driven by separate motors. 7.Each moving parts of the machine has electric, hydraulic and mechanic interlock structure the machine is well designed with pleasing appearance, all control lever are centralized in panel make operating easy. 8.The wheel dresser can be assembled on the worktable surface of on the tailstock.
