Vertical Milling and Drilling Machine

Features:
---Hardened and ground table surface, guideways, and gears, and scrapped by hand.
---The machine is a multi-functions drilling milling machine, can finish milling and drilling at one clamping workpiece.
---For MD100H, vertical and horizontal spindle are driven by V-belt to gain 8-steps speed.
---For other MD series, vertical spindle gain 8steps speed by gears, horizontal spindle gain 8steps speed by V-belt.
---Mill head swivels ±90°, quill movement by capstan handle, or quill micro-feed by hand-wheel.
---Top beam can be rotated by ±180° on the column to horizontal machining.
---X/Y/Z-axis feed by hand-wheel. Power feeder and gear-box feeder come optional for auto-feed.
---Coolant system and work lamp and chip collection tray are included in standard equipment.
---Compact, easy to handle milling machine with rigid frame made of vibration-dampening cast-iron.
---Hardened and ground table surface, guideways, and gears; The guideway is scrapped by hand.
---Vertical and horizontal spindle speeds are changed by gear-box.
---Auto-feed and rapid feed on X, Y axes, lifting motor is on Z axis.
---Spindle quill automatic feed with 3 steps, drill depth stop with display of measurement.
---Entire cutter head swivels ±90°, expand machining range of machine tools.
---Top beam can be rotated by ±180° on the column to horizontal machining.
