CNC rotary swing workbench realize structure of double-wall support. 4. Y-axis adopts four guideways as support and main drive located in the center. 5. Circular-type tool magazine combined with lathe bed of machine tool, simple structure and save space.
Artificial Lidan Bed body
1.Thermal expansion coefficient is only 1/20 of the cast iron, smaller thermal deformation error. 2. Artificial lidan damping are six times that of the cast iron, better vibratory performance. 3. Once forming, greatly save the subsequent processing time and cost. 4. Room temperature curing manufacturing process, the precision machine tool selection of bed materials.
Direct Drive Technology
1. Good dynamic response ability 2. Backlash-free, no transmission mechanical wear 3. Through torque motor as rotary coordinate main drive technology 4. FMC-400 and FMC-400T C-axis is respectively equipped with low/high speed torque-motor, so that can high-precision finish milling and turning.
