Horizontal Heavy-Duty CNC Cylinder Deep Hole Honing Machine
Main Sturcture: Bed body, Honing head box, Electrical cabinet, Operational panel, V-type clamping device, Protection guard, Guide wheel of honing bar, Linear guide rail.
Feature：
* The surface roughness is up to Ra 0.2µm and roundness is less than 0.03mm, the hole tolerance is up to IT7 or above. * Adopting the special oil for cooling, the work area is almost not deformed and it is up to the higher precision on size and geometry with an excellent surface finish. Honing is the important processing method of precise inner hole and long hole, which has a high efficiency. * There is the crossing texture on the surface of oilstone, it is good for protection of lubricant film, and avoiding effectively occurring of embedded sand. So the using life is prolonged.
