G-320 cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding outer surface of cylinder and taper; UG-320 universal cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding outer and inner surface of cylinder and taper.For G-320, work head adopts double-speed motor and its speed can be changed by changing the position of belt; For UG-320, the workhead adopts inverter motor to realize stepless speed adjustment.For UG-320, the workhead can be rotate to any position within its conterclock direction 90°, so it can be suitable for grinding inner or outer surface of taper.For UG-320, the cylindrical grinding machine has internal grinding apparatus, internal grinding spindle is supported by precise roll-bearing. The longitudinal movement of the worktable is driven by hydraulic or by handwheel. The worktable can rotate to a certain degree so as to be suitable for grinding taper. The wheelhead cross feed is
driven by hydraulic, which realizes automatic periodical feed and rapid feed. It can also do rough and fine feed through handwheel. Wheelhead spindle is supported by Bimetal Shell Bearing, which make the spindle have high rigidity and stability, ensure heavy, excellent finishing surface.The one-piece bed is made of high quality cast iron, rails surface hardened and precision grinding, high stability and high rigidity.Times testify: The well designed structure ensure excellent processing capability; The base table slide way with TF material and been precision manual scraped; The wheel head slide
