The CR2032 coin cell battery contact shrapnel is the core conductive component of PCB-mounted battery holders, responsible for stable power transmission from the battery to the circuit. Our shrapnel is stamped from phosphor bronze (C5191), with a dimple design on the positive contact surface ensuring reliable contact with the battery positive terminal, and a negative contact arm providing stable compression force (1.0-2.0N) to accommodate different battery thicknesses.
Nickel plating ensures solderability and oxidation resistance. Each contact undergoes 100% force testing and dimensional inspection, ensuring stable electrical performance throughout battery insertion and replacement cycles.
