Our shrapnel uses stainless steel 301 (combining elasticity and strength), formed into U-shape, L-shape, or custom shapes through precision stamping, fitting along PCB edges or mounting holes for grounding. Tin or gold plating ensures low grounding resistance (≤10mΩ) and oxidation resistance. The shrapnel design provides stable clamping force, maintaining reliable grounding connections even during device vibration or temperature changes. Each shrapnel undergoes 100% dimensional inspection and grounding resistance testing, suitable for various electronic modules requiring EMC/EMI protection.
