Product Description
Beryllium copper stamped contacts, with their excellent stress relaxation resistance and fatigue resistance, have become the preferred contact material in 5G communication, sensors, and high-frequency connectors. Our contacts are formed through precision progressive die stamping, with die clearance controlled at 5%-8% of material thickness, ensuring smooth sheared surfaces and precise dimensions. Gold or silver plating effectively reduces contact resistance, ensuring stable high-frequency signal transmission.
