Enhanced Performance for Soft Materials
In electronic equipment, press nuts are commonly used in sheet metal enclosures or PCB brackets. Standard electroplating struggles to form uniform coatings in deep holes or internal threads, potentially causing thread dimension overshoot or localized corrosion. Electroless nickel is a current-less chemical deposition process that provides uniform coating thickness across all surfaces with no tip effect or shadowing in holes.
We offer custom pitch service for non-standard requirements (e.g., M3x0.6) to match special screws or achieve specific self-locking performance. We can manufacture any metric/unified non-standard pitch from M1.6 to M8. EN plating hardness reaches HV500, providing excellent wear resistance and solderability.
