Enhanced Performance for Soft Materials
Standard coarse threads may not provide optimal performance for precision adjustment or high-vibration environments. Fine pitch threads offer smaller lead for finer positioning and superior self-locking properties. We accept any non-standard fine pitch customization—simply provide the pitch value or mating screw specification.
316L stainless steel is the low-carbon variant, minimizing sensitization after welding and offering enhanced intergranular corrosion resistance compared to standard 316. Electropolishing reduces surface roughness below Ra 0.4µm while removing micro-burrs and surface contaminants, meeting stringent cleanliness requirements for medical implants and food contact equipment. The all-metal self-locking structure (no nylon insert) withstands high-temperature sterilization processes such as autoclaving.
