Product Overview
Press nut loosening under continuous vibration is a common engineering challenge, especially in transportation equipment, industrial fans, or outdoor cabinets. Traditional solutions involve thread-locking adhesive, which is non-reusable and not heat-resistant. Our self-locking press nuts use non-circular threads or nylon inserts (depending on size) to create a stable prevailing torque when screwing in, preventing self-loosening.
Head height custom per order: simply provide your panel thickness, and we calculate the required head height for flush or controlled clearance after clinching. Zinc-nickel alloy plating is one of the most corrosion-resistant electroplated finishes—720 hours salt spray without red rust, far exceeding standard zinc plating.
