This high pressure seamless stainless steel tube is produced from molybdenum-bearing 316 (1.4401) austenitic stainless steel, a grade prized for its exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich and acidic environments. The molybdenum addition significantly improves the material's performance in petrochemical, refining, and offshore service where aggressive media are routinely handled.
Formed without a weld seam, the tube offers uniform strength, dependable pressure retention, and a smooth internal surface that resists fouling. Supplied in an outer diameter range of 6 mm to 813 mm with wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 60 mm, it is available in standard 6-meter lengths and custom cut lengths. Every tube is solution annealed and inspected with ultrasonic, eddy current, and hydrostatic testing to confirm its readiness for high pressure duty.

The high pressure 316 seamless stainless steel tube is engineered for the demanding conditions of petrochemical plants, refineries, offshore platforms, and chemical processing facilities. Tubes are protected with plastic end caps and wrapped in PE film before being assembled into steel-strapped bundles or packed into seaworthy wooden cases for export. This ensures the surface finish and ends remain undamaged during handling and transit.
Each shipment includes complete mill test certificates detailing chemical composition, mechanical properties, and NDT results. Production is carried out under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, with optional third-party inspection by SGS or BV available to meet refinery and project specifications.
