6-813mm Outer Diameter Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe 321 for High Pressure Hydraulic System
This titanium-stabilized 321 (1.4541) seamless stainless steel pipe is engineered for high pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems that operate across a broad temperature range. The addition of titanium stabilizes the alloy against chromium carbide precipitation, giving the pipe excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and outstanding high-temperature strength up to approximately 800 degrees Celsius in continuous service.
Its seamless construction delivers uniform wall thickness and a homogeneous grain structure, both of which are essential for withstanding the cyclic pressures and vibration found in hydraulic circuits. Available in an outer diameter range of 6 mm to 813 mm with wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 60 mm, the pipe is produced in standard 6-meter lengths and can be cut to precise project dimensions.

Complete mill test certificates, covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, and NDT results, are provided with every order. Manufacturing is performed under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV is available upon request.
