This corrosion resistant seamless stainless steel pipe is built from low-carbon 304L (1.4306) austenitic stainless steel, a grade renowned for its outstanding resistance to oxidation, moisture, and a broad range of corrosive media. The low-carbon composition minimizes the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding or high-temperature exposure, making the pipe especially reliable in marine environments and long-service pipeline systems. Because the tube is formed without a longitudinal weld seam, it delivers uniform strength around the full circumference and eliminates the seam-related weaknesses that shorten the life of welded alternatives. Supplied in an outer diameter range of 6 mm to 813 mm with wall thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 60 mm, the pipe is available in standard 6-meter lengths and custom cut lengths to match project requirements.

The 304L seamless stainless steel pipe is ideal for marine, offshore, and oil and gas pipeline applications where reliability in corrosive surroundings is essential. Each pipe is individually protected with plastic end caps and wrapped in PE film before being assembled into steel-strapped bundles or loaded into seaworthy wooden cases. This multi-layer protection prevents moisture ingress, scratches, and handling damage during ocean freight. Full mill test certificates, including chemical analysis, mechanical test results, and NDT reports, accompany every shipment. Production is carried out under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, and optional third-party inspection by SGS or BV is available to meet project specifications.
