Packaging & Quality Assurance
6262-T9 aluminum bars are packaged in export-standard seaworthy wooden pallets with VCI anti-corrosion paper and heavy-duty polyethylene wrapping to prevent moisture and salt spray exposure during transit. Individual bars are separated with protective interleaving to maintain pristine surface condition for subsequent anodizing processes.
Quality control includes optical emission spectroscopy for chemical composition verification of each heat, 100% dimensional inspection, surface roughness measurement on machined test coupons, anodizing response testing on sample sections, and mechanical property verification per ASTM B211. Mill test certificates with full chemical, mechanical, and heat treatment data are included. All products are certified under SGS, ISO 9001, CE, and BIS with complete material traceability from billet casting through finished bar product.
