Product Description

Maxi Roll Band Saw Jrt Industrial Roll Cutting Machine Cutter

Machine features:

Equipped with flexible clamping system, it can work with different cutting log diameters without replacing the clamper . Clamping log diameter can be set on touch panel directly.
Cutting size: Φ180-280mm, width 90-300mm (other size to be specified)
Cutting operation is fully automatic , increase the safety in production.
Saw blade tension is controlled by hydraulic system . The compact rolls which carry hard paper cores are cut easily.

It is easy to operate this band saw by setting some simple cutting parameters on touch panel.

Tissue log transfer stand
Connecting the band saw with the rewinder. The tissue log will be transfer to the band saw cutting unit automtically.

Flexible clamping system
Cutting roll diameter from 200-300mm is adjustable. The clamping system is controlled by HMI.

Automatic grinding system
The saw blade grinding is automatic.
