Manufacturing Process:
Tube billet selection → Hot rolling → Degreasing → Acid pickling → Annealing → Straightening → Surface treatment → Inspection → Finished tube testing

The titanium ingots are manufactured using 100% titanium sponge and are triple melted to ensure chemical composition uniformity and high-quality consistency — meeting customer approval standards.
