Product Features and Operating Instructions
The tank body and frame are manufactured from high-quality steel plate with hot-dip galvanized coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. This versatile tanker serves both as a backup unit for liquid manure application and as an irrigation system for remote farmlands, operating on any arable land accessible to tractors.
Operating on a vacuum principle with a powerful air compressor for rapid self-priming filling and discharging. Optional turbocharger available to boost operational efficiency. Built-in liquid level indicator allows real-time monitoring of tank contents.
Tandem axle design with two complete spring-suspended axles effectively dampens terrain impact on liquid contents while improving ride comfort. Hydraulic or pneumatic braking system provides critical safety protection.
Optional agitation system ensures liquid remains in suspended state during long-distance transport, preventing sedimentation.
Multiple manure application methods available. Standard configuration includes splash plate distributor with up to 7-meter working width. Common option includes trailing hose/shoe application system with 6-27 meter working width and low power requirements, delivering fertilizer evenly directly to ground surface.
