This 9JQL-16 vertical trailed TMR feed mixer is designed for medium and large scale dairy farms beef cattle fattening farms and sheep breeding farms, mainly for total mixed ration production. It integrates hay cutting silage shredding and concentrate mixing functions. It can evenly mix roughage concentrate mineral additives and other raw materials in one batch, and deliver balanced ration meeting Penn State sieve standards. It helps farms improve feeding efficiency reduce feed waste and realize standardized breeding management.
The whole machine adopts trailed four-wheel walking structure, driven by tractor power take-off. It requires no fixed infrastructure installation and can flexibly transfer between multiple barns and feeding points. It adapts to multi-point feeding operations in free-stall and zoned pastures. The 16 cubic meter large capacity meets the ration preparation demand of farms with thousands of livestock.
The main tank body is made of Q355B manganese steel plate with 8 mm tank wall and 18 mm bottom plate. Formed by CNC bending process it has high structural strength impact resistance and wear resistance. It supports continuous operation with large volume feed and extends the service life of the whole machine.
Vertical double auger structure matched with NM360 wear-resistant blades and tungsten carbide coated cutters. 12 large cutters can quickly cut long-fiber hay and silage straw with good cutting and shredding effect. Mixing uniformity passes Penn State sieve test. Single batch mixing is finished within 10 minutes with no stratification and balanced nutrition.
Equipped with R series hardened tooth surface planetary reducer optional imported Comer or domestic Jiangling brand and Adier special axle. It features stable transmission strong bearing capacity and low failure rate suitable for high-intensity long-time continuous operation in pastures.
Standard equipped with imported weighing module with 4-point sensor support. IP67 protection rating adapts to humid and dusty farm environment. Weighing accuracy reaches 1 / 3000 with fully automatic control. It accurately controls the feeding ratio of various raw materials helps farms realize digital ration management and strictly control feeding costs.
Four-wheel walking structure pulled by tractor with flexible steering. No fixed concrete foundation is required. It can move freely between different barns and feeding passages adapts to multi-point feeding and cross-barn operation in large-scale pastures and reduces farm site renovation investment.
Customized solutions are available according to actual farm demands including tank thickness discharge direction iron removal device automatic lubrication system spray color brand logo and external weighing display screen to meet personalized demands of different pastures.
