Cork Paper For Filter For Cigarette Rods Connection Used In Cigarette Making Machine
Tipping Paper is the outer wrapping of the filter section of a cigarette and a fundamental component to unite the tobacco rod with the filter tip. In addition, Tipping Paper controls the level of smoke yields via perforation, acts as a design tool for the customized branding of cigarettes and represents a carrier for special substances like aromas.
Machine Applicable
We supply a wide range of papers for low medium and hi speed makers. Generally tipping paper can work without trouble on any machines yet it's suggested to confirm with us your machine model before making the purchase.
Multi-Color Priting
We can provide papers up to 8 colours, laminated with aluminium, white, with coloured lines and/or logos, with application of sweeteners.
Perforation
We offer laser perforated tipping. Laser technique is PLC controlled and allows a better control over electrostatic perforation, resulring in a better ventilation control on the cigarette. Papers can be perforated up to 5 lines of perforation and porosities with ventilation rate above 1000 CU.
