Organic waste composting machine uses modern heating process, through several steps, that turns almost 1000 kg of organic garbage into compost, using dry composting technique within a time limit of 21-24 hrs. The compositing machine can be used as a stand-alone piece of device, which in this case can be shifted too because it is portable. Designed as an automatic, PLC technology-based machine, the composter is needed for large requirement purposes, at IT offices, food franchises, medical parks, high-load canteens, aeroplane catering services, etc. The machine uses deodorization for odour controlling purposes and comes under a 1-year guarantee.

The composter is a fully automatic Bio-Mechanical Composter and a continuous Organic Waste Converter. It is our most popular product with a proven and sustainable micro-organism-based technology. Organic Waste Composter converts the organic waste added to the machine into nitrogen-rich compost by reducing its volume by almost 90% of the original. Organic waste includes kitchen waste or anything that comes from plants or animals and is bio-degradable.
The composter offers a totally self-contained, continual feed organic food waste disposal system to biologically convert solid food waste materials into compost, reducing it by 90%. Food composting is done onsite, thus reducing cost and pollution factors. The product discharged is dried compost that can be used as fertilisers for agriculture (depending on the input). This benefits both the user and the environment.
TOGO’s food waste composter compost is generated by decomposition of organic waste using microorganisms that offer several benefits such as enhanced soil fertility and soil health which can lead to increased agricultural productivity, improved soil biodiversity, reduced ecological risk and healthier environment.
