Product Description
TG-CC-200 food waste management equipment for composting 24 hours can convert organic waste into high-quality fertilizer within 24 hours. The equipment provides suitable temperature and humidity for the biological bacteria in the fermentation chamber through the heating system and the hot air system. The mixing system inside the fermentation chamber speeds up the composting efficiency.
This small resource-based (dining, kitchen, fruit and vegetable) waste treatment integrated equipment adopts unique stainless steel +Q235 baking varnish, beautiful appearance, compact structure, small footprint and long service life. The equipment consists of a lifting system, a sorting platform, and a fermentation system. , Ventilation and exhaust gas treatment system. The equipment adopts SIEMENS touch screen interface operation mode, PLC control, and automatic operation, no manual duty is required, and the real-time temperature of the fermentation chamber can be displayed on the touch screen. Suitable for small and medium-sized restaurants/communities and other sources of organic waste. The basic principle of microbial treatment of organic waste is to use microbial strains to produce a variety of enzymes, which can treat the classified organic waste (such as vegetables, vegetable leaves, vegetable roots, food residues, chicken, duck, and fish waste, shrimp and crab shells, egg shells, bones and Swallow feet, etc.) can be quickly decomposed. After treatment, the kitchen waste reduction rate is 85-90%. After setting the operating parameters, it can be automatically operated for 24 hours. The equipment has no odor discharge, no sewage discharge, and no secondary pollution during the operation. The remaining 10% of the solid emissions can also be used as the base fertilizer of organic fertilizer for fruit and vegetable cultivation.
