The TXJ Core Winding Machine is a special equipment for winding the core of the S11 transformer. The machine is composed of core winding head, machine body and unloading frame. The machine body comprising of guiding, rectifying, limiting, cleaning, pressing, cutting and other mechanisms. It can wind seamless core of single-phase and three-phase transformers. The machine has advanced design, high degree of automation, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The electrical control system adopts frequency conversion adjustment, stable transmission, low noise, high efficiency, with electronic reversible counting, accurate and reliable, and good braking performance, and is widely accepted by users.
