The TONHE TH230D05ZZ-3 is a high-efficiency, fanless 5A intelligent rectifier module engineered specifically for 220VDC electrical control applications. This module provides the perfect balance between power density and physical size for modern power systems.

Smart Management for Unattended Operation
Equipped with standard RS-485 communication port, this module supports "Four Remote" functions. System operators can monitor power supply health in real-time from central dispatch centers, remotely adjust output voltage (190V-300V range), or set current limits (10%-100%) without physical site visits.
Fail-Safe Protection
Safety is paramount in power distribution. The module utilizes "Foldback" short-circuit protection mechanism. During short circuit events, it automatically reduces output current to safe levels (below 15% of rated current). Normal operation resumes automatically once faults are cleared, minimizing downtime.
