The TH230D10NZ-6 is a high-frequency switching rectifier (charging) module specially developed for 220V DC power systems. It converts three-phase AC input into stable, regulated DC power to charge battery banks and to supply critical loads such as relay protection devices, circuit-breaker operating mechanisms, monitoring and control systems. Built on high-frequency soft-switching technology with intelligent forced-air cooling, the module delivers high efficiency, compact size and long-term reliability. Featuring RS485 communication with "four-remote" (remote measure, signal, control, regulate) capability, modular hot-swap design and N+1 redundancy support, it is the ideal choice for building, expanding or maintaining DC power systems in substations, power plants, switchgear rooms, rail transit and telecom facilities.

FAQ
1. Can multiple modules be connected in parallel for expansion?
Yes. The module adopts digital load sharing with a current-sharing deviation of less than ±3%, supporting more than 20 modules in parallel. N+1 redundant configuration is recommended to ensure continuous power supply even if one module fails.
2. What happens if a module fails? Does it affect the whole system?
No. The module supports live hot-swapping. A faulty module can be replaced online while the DC system continues normal operation, significantly reducing maintenance downtime.
3. What are the input power requirements?
The module accepts three-phase AC 380V ±15% (4-wire), with strong tolerance to grid fluctuation. If only single-phase power is available on site, please contact us to select the appropriate input configuration.
4. How can I monitor and control the module remotely?
It is equipped with a standard RS485 communication interface supporting Modbus protocol, enabling remote measuring, signaling, control and regulation (four-remote) through a compatible monitoring system or SCADA.
