Introduction:

The PE-500×750 utilizes the proven kinetic extrusion principle. Its core structure includes the frame, movable jaw body, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, toggle plate, and adjustment device. An electric motor drives the eccentric shaft via a V-belt, causing the movable jaw to perform complex periodic oscillations. When the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw plate, the material between the two jaw plates is crushed by squeezing, splitting and bending; when the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw plate, the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the crushing chamber under the action of gravity. This cycle repeats to achieve continuous batch production.

High Wear Resistance and Easy Maintenance: The crushing plates (jaw plates) of both the movable and fixed jaws are made of ZGMn13 high-manganese steel. This material undergoes work-hardening when subjected to intense impact and compression, resulting in an extremely hard and wear-resistant surface, significantly extending the service life of vulnerable parts. Furthermore, the equipment utilizes a centralized bearing lubrication system, allowing maintenance personnel to conveniently access all lubrication points using a grease gun, significantly improving safety and convenience. The toggle plate not only transmits force but also acts as a "fuse." When unbreakable objects (such as iron blocks) enter the cavity, the toggle plate breaks first, protecting other core components from damage.

Flexible Discharge Adjustment and Wide Application: By adding or reducing the number of spacers between the adjustment base and the rear wall of the frame, the size of the discharge opening can be easily and flexibly adjusted, ultimately controlling the product particle size to meet diverse process requirements. This makes the PE-500×750 suitable for crushing a variety of hard and medium-hard materials, including granite, basalt, river pebbles, limestone, and iron ore.
