High Efficiency Concrete Cement Precast Manhole Ring Machinery
The round tube machine (well ring machine) is specialized equipment for manufacturing concrete well rings and round tube products. It features a compact structure, stable operation and high forming efficiency, with adjustable molds to produce various specifications of well rings (e.g., different diameters and heights).
The main raw materials are cement, gravel, sand, water and appropriate amount of concrete admixtures. It can also use industrial by-products such as fly ash and slag as auxiliary raw materials, which not only reduces production costs but also contributes to environmental protection. The raw materials are easy to obtain globally.
Working Principle
First, the pre-mixed concrete raw materials are uniformly conveyed to the mold cavity through the automatic feeding system. Then, the high-frequency vibration device starts to work, making the concrete particles fully compact and eliminating internal bubbles. During the vibration process, the hydraulic pressure system applies constant pressure to the top of the mold to ensure the flatness and density of the manhole ring surface. After the preset forming time (3-5 minutes), the mold is automatically demolded, and the finished manhole ring is pushed out by the ejection mechanism. The whole process is controlled by the PLC system, greatly improving production efficiency.
