Wet Pan Mill Introduction:
Wet pan mill can replace ball mill,for grinding gold,zinc,iron,lead,antioumy,copper,molybdenum,etc.have high capacity,small investment,and cost is low, good benefits, good praised by users.The ore is crushed and refined through mechanical force to separate the metal particles from impurities and obtain pure gold.
Working Principle:
Through the rotation and extrusion of the roller, the metal material is placed in the rolling area, and force is exerted through the rolling mechanism, causing the metal material to generate strong friction and rolling between the two hollow rollers. The force is transmitted through a motor or diesel engine. To the reducer, and then through the cooperation of the large and small gears of the reducer, the high speed is changed to more than ten to twenty revolutions per minute. The power output by the reducer drives the main shaft, and the main shaft pulls the roller through the pull bar to rotate, and the weight of the roller is transferred. And the friction force generated by the rolling roller and the rolling plate to achieve the purpose of grinding the ore.The gold grinding machine mixes the ore particles and water. During the stirring process, gold amalgam reacts with mercury in the water and forms amalgams. The mercury compounds are separated from other ore impurities and deposited at the bottom of the gold mill.
