Product introduction:
Shaftless drum screen is a drum screening and separation equipment without central shaft.The shaftless trommel screen consists of three major parts: transmission part, simplified part and support part. It is used in fields such as material specification classification, cleaning, and impurity removal to improve the screening quality of materials. The roller device is installed on the frame at an angle. The motor is connected to the drum device through the reducer through a coupling, and drives the drum device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface turns and rolls. Qualified materials are discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and unqualified materials are discharged through the discharge port at the rear end of the drum.
