Product introduce:
The linear vibrating is high-frequency vibrating screen in which the screen box reciprocates along a directional straight line is mostly used for fine particle screening.mainly composed of screen box,screen frame,screen mesh,vibration motor,motor stand,transmission plate,damping spring, bracket. Particles of different sizes are separated through different apertures of the screen and are finally discharged from the discharging device. The linear vibrating screen uses a vibration motor as the vibration source to cause the material to be thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line at the same time. Through the multi-layer screen, several specifications of upper and lower objects are produced, which are discharged from their respective outlets. .
Features:
1. The screen adopts modular design, which is easy to replace and clean, extending the service life of the equipment.
2. The linear vibrating screen can efficiently screen materials and achieve particle size classification and separation.

9. The screen surface has various forms such as metal braided mesh, rods, punching holes, etc. The screen surface has either single-layer structure or multi-layer layout to meet different screening requirements.
Work steps:
1. Feeding: Send the material into the screen box through the feeding device.
2. Vibration force: The vibrator generates vibration force, which causes the screen box and screen mesh to vibrate.
3. Separation: The materials move on the screen surface and are separated through the aperture of the screen.
4. Discharge: The separated particles are discharged from the discharging device, and the fine particles and materials under the screen are discharged through the pores of the screen.
