Working Principle Of The Product

The working principle of the drum stone washing machine is relatively simple, mainly cleaning the dirt on the surface of the stone material through the rotation of the drum and the action of water flow.

1. Feeding: The stone material enters the drum through the feeding device.

2. Drum rotation: Start the transmission device to drive the drum to start rotating. The rotation of the drum causes the stones to roll and flip inside the drum, exposing dirt to the outside.

3. Water flow cleaning: The water flow system starts and sprays clean water or cleaning agent into the inside of the drum. The interaction between water flow and dirt on the surface of the stone material washes it away.

4. Impact plate/scrubbing device (optional): If there is an impact plate or scrubbing device, they will apply additional force inside the drum to remove more stubborn dirt.

5. Discharge: The processed stone is discharged through the discharge device, and the cleaned stone can be directly used for corresponding production or construction work.

When refueling, the grease forms a positive pressure in the oil passage of the sliding shaft sleeve, squeezing out the trace amount of material entering the sliding shaft sleeve to avoid damage to the intermediate shaft and shaft sleeve caused by material cleaning inside the sliding shaft sleeve.

3. The middle bearing seat is generally far away from the operating platform and it is difficult to refuel. For the convenience of users, a centralized lubrication device is specially configured.
