Working principle:
When the jaw crusher is working, the motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. The movable jaw plate makes periodic reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw plate. When approaching, the material is squeezed, split, and impacted between the two jaw plates and crushed; when leaving, the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port by gravity. The eccentric shaft supports the movement of the jaw teeth, and the eccentric shaft runs through the machine frame. The eccentric motion is usually generated by a flywheel fixed at both ends of the shaft. As the motor rotates continuously, the movable jaw of the crusher makes periodic motion to crush and discharge materials, realizing mass production.PE series jaw crushers (jaw crushers) are used for medium-sized crushing of various ores and bulk materials, and are widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, roads, railways, water conservancy, chemicals and other industries.
Structural composition:
The feed port of the jaw crusher is located at the top of the equipment. The jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, an eccentric shaft (the pulley and the flywheel are installed at both ends of the eccentric shaft, and at the same time support the movable jaw, withstand huge bending and torsion forces, and act as a crank), a large pulley, a flywheel, a movable jaw, a side guard plate, a toggle plate, a toggle plate back seat, a gap adjustment screw, a reset spring, a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate, etc. The working part is two jaw plates, one is a fixed jaw, which is vertically fixed on the inner wall of the machine body, and the other is a movable jaw. The movable jaw and the static jaw form a crushing chamber.
