Introduction for two-stage crusher:
TONTEN two-stage non-screen bottom crusher does not have a traditional screen bottom structure inside, so it is particularly suitable for processing wet materials with high water content or high humidity that are easy to clog the screen holes of ordinary crushers. It is mainly used to crush various materials with moderate hardness and a certain amount of moisture, such as coal gangue, coal slag, bricks, slag, etc. It performs particularly well in the fields of processing wet coal slag and coal gangue. It has the advantages of high efficiency, not easy to clog, wide adaptability and cost-effectiveness
Two stage crusher machine working principle:
The working principle of the double-stage crusher mainly involves two core steps. The material is crushed efficiently through two series-connected rotor systems. The double-stage screenless crusher adopts double-stage rotors to crush the material. The material is crushed by two rotors, making the crushed material finer and more uniform. The two sets of rotors in series rotate at high speed at the same time. After the material is crushed by the upper rotor in the machine cavity, it is immediately rotated to the hammer of the lower rotor for fine crushing again. The materials in the cavity collide with each other at high speed and crush each other, achieving the effect of hammer powder and material powder. Then it enters the second set of hammers for repeated beating. The two sets of hammers crush the material at high speed. When the material is crushed to a certain fineness, it is discharged from the gap of the hammer, thereby ensuring the fineness of the output particle size.
