Working principle:
The double-stage pulverizer consists of two-stage rotors. The material is subjected to multiple impacts and shearing between the two-stage rotors to achieve the purpose of crushing. After the material enters the double-stage pulverizer, it is first hit by the first-stage rotor and broken into smaller particles. Subsequently, these small particles enter the second-stage rotor area and are hit and sheared by the rotor again to be broken into even smaller particles. During the crushing process, the size of the particles can be controlled by adjusting the rotor speed and gap to meet different production needs.
Features:
1. Controllable particle size: By adjusting the gap between the two rotors and the impact liner and other components, the final discharge particle size can be flexibly controlled to meet different production needs.
2. The non-screen bottom design reduces blockage, is easy to maintain and has relatively low operating costs.
3. Strong adaptability: Not limited by the dryness and humidity of the material, it can also achieve effective crushing for materials with high moisture content. The discharge particle size is uniform, the crushing ratio is large, and the over-crushing rate is low.
4. High crushing efficiency: Due to the use of the dual-rotor simultaneous working mode, the productivity is greatly improved. The retention time of the material in the crushing chamber is shortened, and the service life of the wearing parts is increased.
5. Hydraulic operation, one person can easily complete the operation, maintenance, and replacement of parts of this machine.
