Working principle:
The working principle of hammer crusher relies on the high-speed rotation and impact force of the hammer head,crushes material into required particle size through continuous impact and crushing. The gravity of material itself causes material to rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle and screen bar in the frame. The material larger than size of the screen hole is retained on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size and finally discharged from the machine through screen.
