Product introduction:
TONTEN Double shaft shredder machine is a kind of equipment that uses the relative movement between the blade rollers to tear, shear, cut and other comprehensive actions on the material to reduce the material to the required size. It has a better crushing effect when processing tough materials, flexible materials and ductile materials. The double-shaft shredder has two rotating shafts and is equipped with many rotating blades. When the material is put into the shredder, the blades will tear it into small pieces. Because the double-shaft shredder has two rotating shafts, it is able to provide higher shredding efficiency and more powerful processing capabilities. This means that the shredder can process large amounts of material faster and is suitable for processing harder and stronger materials.

The shredder blades are forged, annealed, heat treated, tempered and heat-insulated, and finely ground by online cutting.
Working principle:
The main working parts of shredder pair of rollers rotating relative to each other, with spirally arranged gear teeth installed on the rollers. During operation, after the material enters the machine body, the double shafts begin to rotate rapidly, capturing the material on the cutting blades for crushing. After multiple tearing and compression,material reaches the ideal crushing effect. After entering the machine, the material is bitten and sheared by the staggered rotating gear teeth made of hard wear-resistant materials, and is split and shredded into pieces below the set size and forced out of the machine. The rollers are driven by motor through the reducer and have a large torque. When encountering difficult-to-crush objects, they will automatically reverse under the action of the PLC automatic control system,reverse forward and reverse multiple times until material shredded and discharged.
