Shredder machine introduction:
The main structure of TONTEN machinery shredder machine includes motor, reduction gearbox, dual-axis cutter, fixed cutter, cutter shaft, frame, etc. The working principle is: the motor drives the reduction gearbox to drive the cutter shaft to rotate, so that the dual-axis cutter and the fixed cutter are arranged alternately, squeezing the material entering the machine cavity, tearing the material into small pieces, and achieving the purpose of crushing.
Main components of the shredder:
1. Main body: The shredder body is welded with high-quality steel plates to eliminate stress/integrated machining to ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term heavy loads
2. Moving knife/fixed knife: The moving knife material is forged with special alloy tool steel. The overall toughness and hardness are consistent and can be repeatedly repaired and used to ensure cutting performance and service life. The fixed knife is installed in a hook-type manner, making tool maintenance and replacement more efficient.
3. Bearing/seal: The bearing seat adopts a spliced and easy-to-disassemble type, which can quickly remove the moving knife, fixed knife, bearing and other components, making it easy to maintain and replace the tool. The sealing structure of the shredder effectively blocks the contact between the crushed material and grease, and can also protect bearings and gears when handling liquid materials.
4. Knife shaft: Made of high-strength steel, it provides powerful power for cutting with the tool.
5. The output torque of the reducer is higher under the rated load
