Product introduction:
Horizontal balers are also called hydraulic balers. They are mainly used in large-scale recycling stations, paper mills, etc. to compress waste cartons, newspapers, corrugated paper and other waste materials, waste metals, tire rubber, plastics, cloth strips, straw, etc. After baling, they have the advantages of uniform and neat appearance, high specific gravity, high density, and reduced volume, which greatly reduces the space occupied by waste materials and reduces storage costs and transportation costs. Horizontal hydraulic balers are mainly used to recycle packaging materials and waste such as compressed cardboard, waste film, waste paper, foam plastics, beverage cans and industrial scraps. Balers reduce waste storage space, save up to 80% of stacking space, reduce transportation costs, and are beneficial to environmental protection and waste recycling. It is economical, practical, easy to operate.
Horizontal hydraulic baler structure:
The hydraulic baler includes a push plate, a material pressing upper baffle on the right side of the bracket, and a feed port on the bracket on the left side of the material pressing upper baffle; the cavity surrounded by the push plate and the bottom plate is the feed cavity, and the cavity surrounded by the front and rear side baffles, the door plate and the bottom plate is the extrusion cavity; the door plate and the right end of the bracket are fixedly connected with a locking device.
