Screw feeder: The outer shell, internal screen and screw are all made of stainless steel and are durable. The screw diameter can be customized according to the output. The main purpose is to transport materials, filter moisture and clean the mud and sand on the surface of the materials.
Rinsing tank: According to the cleanliness of the plastics raw materials, it is 6-12 meters long. The rollers are different for the state of different raw materials. The bottom of the rinsing tank is divided into inclined bottom and conical bottom. Users can flexibly choose according to actual production needs,support customization
Crusher: Blade material use SKD-11 V-type cutting technology reduces the wear of the tool and the crushing chamber and improves the life of the props. Self-aligning roller bearings are used. The bearings are externally placed and have good heat dissipation. Inertia flywheels can be optionally used to improve cutting strength and increase recycling productivity.
Hot water rinsing tank: The hot washing tank is mainly used to clean the oil, adhesive and stubborn stains on the surface of the raw materials with appropriate amount of chemicals. It has a heating function and can omit the steam generator.
Horizontal dehydrator: Remove oil and other impurities to reduce moisture. The contact part with water and materials is 304 stainless steel, with a dehydration rate of more than 98%.
Electrical control cabinet: The operation panel has mechanical button type and PLC touch screen two kinds for users to choose All brands of electrical components in the cabinet can be specified by users. TONTEN Machinery limited standard configuration is domestic first-line brand electric cabinets. There are ordinary standard electric cabinets and explosion-proof electric cabinets to meet the requirements of different usage scenarios.
