Working principle:
The copper rice machine is mainly composed of a feeding system, a crushing system, a separation system and a collection system.
When the scrap copper wire enters the copper metering machine, it is processed by the crushing system and cut into shorter segments.
The copper wire is then sent to the separation system to separate copper and other impurities through a vibrating screen. After passing through the air flow specific gravity separator, the copper metal is sorted out according to the different proportions of copper and plastic in the waste wires.The electrostatic sorting machine is specially used to sort copper and plastics that are difficult to sort.
