Introduction for label removal machine:
Plastic bottle label removal machine generally consists of the following main components: feeding mechanism, separation mechanism, stripping mechanism and transmission mechanism, etc. The feeding mechanism is responsible for conveying the plastic bottles that need to be stripped into the machine in an orderly manner. The separation mechanism uses mechanical principles to separate the bottle cap from the bottle body. Working principle:
The plastic bottle enters the machine through the feeding mechanism. The separation mechanism separates the bottle cap from the bottle body. After these steps, the bottle body, bottle cap and label will be transported to different collection areas for the next step
