Main equipment:
1. Foam crusher: It adopts crescent-shaped blade, which is not only low in noise, but also greatly improves cutting efficiency. The crusher adopts solid shaft, which is more durable. 3.Plasticizer (Extruder): Heat and melt the dried foam blocks and extrude them into granular recycled materials.
4. Cooling water channel/water tank: The length, width and height can be customized according to customer requirements,the extruded plastic particles are quickly cooled to form them.
5. Particle cutting machine: Cut plastic strips into standard particles,The pellets cut out are almost the same size, and the blades are made of alloy blades, which are more durable
