Egg tray making machine work process:
TONTEN pulp molding machine is molding production line that produces and processes egg trays, coffee trays, shoe trays, and fruit trays by recycling waste paper. The waste paper is added to the pulper, added with water, and transported to the pulp storage tank. A mixer is used to stir the pulp in the pulp tank evenly and transport it to From the slurry supply tank, the forming machine produces egg trays to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt passes through the drying hole, dries the egg trays, and finally collects and packages them.
Production process:
1. The raw material waste paper enters the hydraulic pulper for pulping.
2. After the pulping machine completes pulping, the pulp enters the pulp mixing tank for mixing and homogenization.
3. The prepared pulp is transported to the egg tray equipment forming machine through the pulp supply pump.
4. The pulp entering the egg tray forming machine is vacuum dehydrated and transferred to the drying conveyor belt after the egg tray is formed.
5. The egg tray enters the drying tunnel for drying. The egg tray drying fuel is coal, wood, biomass pellets, natural gas, etc.
6. After the egg trays are dried, they are automatically counted and stacked by the egg tray collection machine, and then packaged and stored in the warehouse.
