Application areas:
1. Electronic waste treatment: used for crushing circuit boards, waste electrical appliance casings, cables, etc. After crushing, metals can be recovered through magnetic separation and eddy current sorting.
2. Wood processing: suitable for crushing waste furniture, pallets, building templates, branches and other wood. Crushed wood chips can be used as biomass fuel or papermaking raw materials.
3. Waste plastic recycling: suitable for crushing plastic products such as PET bottles, HDPE pipes, PP woven bags, PVC profiles, etc. The crushed plastic chips can be used for granulation or direct melting and regeneration.
4. Waste metal processing: can crush metal waste such as thin iron sheets, aluminum cans, copper wires, and car shells, and the crushed metal chips are easy to sort and smelt.
5. Waste tire crushing: can tear apart rubber products such as car tires and truck tires. The crushed rubber blocks can be used for rubber powder production or pyrolysis refining.
6 Domestic waste treatment: suitable for coarse crushing of large waste (such as sofas and mattresses) in urban domestic waste. After crushing, it is convenient for further sorting or incineration to generate electricity.
