Operating Principle

Start the system, let the crusher reach stable speed, then feed tyres gradually via conveyor/forklift, avoiding overload. Monitor amperage, temperature, and noise; adjust or stop for abnormalities. After operation, clean residue with a brush, check blade wear, lubricate bearings with lithium grease, and power off. For jams, stop and remove blockages; replace dull blades for low output. In emergencies, press the red stop button, disconnect power, and seek medical help for injuries. Ensure annual training and compliance with local safety/environmental standards.
