Operating Principle
The equipment should be placed in a ventilated position, regularly lubricate the bearings and check the fasteners; manually rotate the rotor to make sure there is no abnormality before starting, avoid overloading operation; keep the material feeding uniformly during the work, and stop the machine immediately when you find any vibration, abnormal noise or abnormal temperature; check the sharpness of the cutter and the belt elasticity on a regular basis, and adjust the proper gap when replacing the cutter; cut off the power supply during maintenance to ensure safe operation.
