Product Description:

This machine has changed the original mill structure, so that the machine body and underframe are integrated, and can be hoisted on the foundation plane at one time during installation. The main bearing adopts double row self-aligning spherical roller bearing, which can reduce energy consumption by 30%. The original grid type forced discharge is changed to overflow type controlled discharge, which can improve the grinding fineness and increase the processing capacity by 15-20%.

Working Principle:

This machine is a skeleton ball mill driven by horizontal cylindrical turning gear, external gear and two hoppers. The material enters the first hopper through the hollow shaft screw of the feeding equipment. The hopper is provided with trapezoidal sheath or corrugated sheath, which is equipped with steel balls. Under the action of centrifugal force of the cylinder, the material is ground. After rough grinding in the first hopper, the material enters the second hopper through the single-layer partition. The second hopper has a flat scale plate with steel balls for grinding the material. The powder is discharged from the grid plate to complete the grinding.
